Ramon, you made a change in svn five days ago with this commit:
"Force Plone 3.0 and remove gnome.wgosite project". I have a couple of
comments:

- The README is now out of date, because there is no gnome.wgosite.
Please update the README.

- You made changes in wgo.buildout/ but you didn't use the ChangeLog.
You _must_ put an entry in the relevant ChangeLog when making changes, 
describing what you changed, why, and maybe how. I recommend moap for
this:
