Hello,
I'm a Plone developer and a long time GNOME user, hence I've decided to join this team to finally help do something.
Although I'm mainly a developer, I work for a communication/design agency and hence most of my work consist in creating skins for the sites we develop (or helping our graphic team do that).
Our recent "commercial" work include these two sites:
*
http://www.bilive.it (my first plone site)
*
http://www.comitatoricordi.it
Both sites have the i18n badly broken, and don't even try to get into the second by clicking on the "english" link. It has been disabled for reasons I won't enumerate now :D.
Anyway, I think my help might be useful in developing the skin, especially the templating part, however I don't mind doing CSS and a bit of graphical work aswell.
Right now I'm trying to read up the latest emails and give a better look at the wiki (having only read it once).
Well, that's all. Btw I already contacted Ramon on #plone and he gave me a quick brief about the whole thing: if there is anything else I should know and that isn't on the docs (
e.g.: the meaning of life) I'll be glad to be informed ;).
Anyway, it's a pleasure to join this group :).
Simone

<Ivyshaur> No, we've been informed that listening to Rammstein is the best way to learn German.
<mrPants> You learn it very quick
<mrPants> The problem is that you only know how to talk about sodomy, canibalism, incest, and death
<granola> there are other things to talk about?
<mrPants> Not in germany
