Re: *.gnome.org common header



Having (almost) the same GNOME bar in all the GNOME sites, placed in the
same position across all pages can't be bad. For instance, art.gnome.org
would benefit from a header like GUADEC's, adapted to its own look&feel
and navigation but having the same GNOME bar on the top. 

If a tab like Contact generates conflict with subsites maybe the
conclusion is that "Contact" should not have a tab in the GNOME bar, but
be dealt on a subsite level.
