These are all worthwhile changes (modulo the usual aesthetic debates), but
unfortunately, they are probably not "quick fixes" due to the less than
stellar methods of publishing documentation we have at the moment.

In the next few weeks, I plan to get library.gnome.org on the air, which
will replace much of the content (docs) on d.g.o. When it goes up, it'll be
incredibly simple, so we can quickly iterate and get all of this good stuff
into it (search, stylesheets, etc). So if you're not subbed to
gnome-web-list already, please jump on. :-)

If you're really keen to help preparations, please kick off a developer docs
bug in bugzilla, and make it depend on separate bugs for all the features
you've suggested. That way, we can go through and clear them all out as we
implement them, and not miss anything. :-)
