Gnotices unmoderated posting issue fixed

As of this afternoon, news.gnome.org should no longer display
unmoderated comments to articles.

In fact, the site now has about a dozen test postings of mine that are
umoderated yet invisible.

Thanks to Jonathan Blandford (who has access to the server) and Chris
Withers (who produced a patch for squishdot), and myself, umm... who
supervised... or something... :-)

Anyway, if any other bugs crop up, give a holler.

Moving on to the next item on my list...
