Correct specification of fonts

I must interject though - who cares about fonts at this stage? Shouldn't we
be discussing structure?

b) Font sizes should always be specified in web-relative notation, or if
you're pushing it, pixels (but very rarely, and only for special purposes).
Specifying by point is a big no-no.
