	Well - the aim is to make sure the process doesn't slow us down. But
also, so that we have an archive of the requirements, the discussion and
that the design is good.

	Ultimately it should be no more burdensome than sitting down and making
sure it's thought through publicly and well.

	If you want me to turn your existing API thoughts into a set of
requirements - that's fine, I can see it's a pain setting the document
up. But I think it's extremely worthwhile having it archived, and
getting input from lots of people in a nice public way.
