Hey everyone,

I've been considering Thomas' request for organising the event this
year. Are there any details of what is involved? Is there a large
workload involved in this, if it's as simple as organising the stand and
getting the events box, and the stand set up then I've got two people
who are interested in helping out on the day and I could probably sort
out any of the other stuff as required.
