Nice, it just needs clean up. But the idea is really nice, I love "real 
life" buttons, instead of lines or cartoon style.
The biggest problem so far on your mockup is the tab background color. The 
text on it is black, and the tab bg color is too dark. This is terribly bad 
for usability, even for people with no eye problems. Just make the tab bg 
color a bit lighter.
