Better, although to me it does look a bit too reminiscent of the window manager "Close" button, even in a hexagon.  The alt version is a little better in this respect though.

Interestingly, the MS Windows guidelines have advised against using "Question" alerts for many years now, "because it does not clearly represent a specific type of message and because the phrasing of the message as a question could apply to any message type".  So it's probably about time we tried to deprecate question-type alerts anyway :)
