I'd be happy to commit and maintain the module in CVS. Separation of
themes from engine code is a good thing so if we can do this and also
clean up the dependency chain at the same time, I don't see why we
shouldn't go ahead with this. If we want it in 2.10 though we have got
to act fast. As soon as Calum is happy with this, we should make a
module proposal on desktop-devel-list.
