Introduce myself; accepted for a GSoC on GtkSourceView

Hi,

I'm Sébastien Wilmet, a student from Belgium (Louvain-la-Neuve). My GSoC 
proposal [1] on GtkSourceView [2] has been accepted!

GtkSourceView is the library used by gedit, Anjuta, LaTeXila, etc.  I'm 
the creator and maintainer of LaTeXila [3], a LaTeX editor. I'm involved 
in GtkSourceView since a little more than one year. But it's my first 
GSoC.
