Wouldn't it be easier to just grey out incompatible properties so that
it is obvious that you cannot bind them in the first place?
This is what I did and, in fact, mentioned in the sentence before. ;)
But as a greyed out property can still be selected, it should not be
possible to click "Bind" when one is selected, so the button sensitivity
logic is still needed.
