Enhance the operation of GNOME Shell LookingGlass - Weekly Report 05

Hello,

As expected, I didn't have enough time in my hands last week,  so
the only thing I managed to do is to ask for help on IRC in order to
figure out  the syntax issues I had left for the css inspector.

My plan for next week is:
* Find out how I can change css rules on the fly, so that changing
  the css rules in the console and have the new rules applied to
  the elements.
