Clutterrific - Week 11

hi everybody,

i'm still travelling at the moment, and if i've learned anything from this experience, it's that between travelling, distractions, and a lack of internet, it's near impossible to get anything done.

i had to fix up a pair of really hacky (just plain evil) python scripts i started at guadec that allow me to create cursive-style fonts in a very rudimentary way.  the font took quite a bit of time to get decent looking, and it could still use a lot of work, but it was nice to do something other than chip away at a wall of code for a while. :)

for the next week, i'm just going to focus on moving things to gnome-screensaver.  this definitely means postponing the current one, as well as plans for fixing the physics in the photofall.  i probably won't be able to finish this in time for the hard pencils-down date since i'll still be on the road, but i don't intend on leaving this unfinished even after the summer is over.
