[weekly report] week 1: gsettings-gtk

Hello
I suppose I will write a weekly report.

I have a fair bit done:
* Wrote build scripts, tests etc.
* Started bridge functions between gvariant and gtype
* Added 'setting' attribute to <property> tag in GtkBuilder, and
gtk_builder_bind_settings_full, based off Ryan's patch for bug #494329
  This doesn't work yet, but it parses okay.
* Have mostly implemented g_settings_bind, and some tests for it.

So things are going smoothly so far. I will probably spend this week
making the above things actually work all the time and be of some use
