[Weekly Report] Week 9: gnome-shell: Multiple Monitor Support

This past week I wrote code
to place workspaces on the
split sections of the root
window. It fills the separate
sections of the window with
workspaces when the session
is created. I am also altering the 
workspace switching to have
it only change the workspace
on the focused section. I am
working on getting it all operating
in the proper manner.
