[weekly report] week 9: mail as a desktop service

another week.  more work.

imap parser is committed.  it needs work.  folderlist api is close to
working.  folderlist module will be used for simple information about
folders such as folder flags, message counts, unseen message count, etc.

developed a tree structure for folder lists.  

this week, folderlist module must be made to use the tree structure for
storing/caching folderlists locally.
