VoIP features of Telepathy/Empathy - Report Week 1

Here is finally my first report on my project ( I was in exams until the 
june 18 ) .

These days, I began to explore several API's which will be essential to 
achieve my first goal, the integration of Farsight 2. So for that I 
started reading tutorials on Gobject (Glib) and Gstreamer. And I started 
to read some sources of Empathy. I have not yet begun to implement 
anything, but soon I hope.
