Weekly report : Vala plugin for Anjuta

Hi,

I haven't sent a report last week since I didn't have much to say. This week
as I've finished my exams, I'm going to start full speed. Here is what I've
done during the last two weeks :

* Finished the first part of My SoC : Enable writing Anjuta plugins in Vala.
(well, it still needs some polishing), I've just sent the patch [1].

* The second part is underway, I've already made a plugin skeleton, was going
to write a ctags parser for Vala but found someone who is working on it [2]
(fortunately, I found it before starting to code), so I'll be working with him.
That will speed up my project, and hopefully, I'll be able to do more than what
I've planned.
