Anjuta Git Plugin Week 7

Among the biggest news this week is that I made a new alpha release last
week. This new release includes support for ignoring files, and remote
branch handling, which I completed a few days ago. Now I'm working on
patch generation. I had planned to do pulling first, but I thought that
patch generation was more useful to more people, so I decided to do that
first. I hope to get that done by today or tomorrow.
