Anjuta Glade3 integration, week 6

This week I implemented automatic adding resources to project, added
some preferences, preview mode (disabled selections and hidden
placeholders), finished adding handlers by double click on widgets and
improved associations dialog. Seems like this part of work is almost
complete and I could release it.
