Report DVB Manager Week 11

I wasn't able to do much last week. I added DVB-C support to the setup
wizard, changed the preferences GUI a little bit and split all the GUIs
and widgets in separate modules under the gnomedvb module. In addition,
Zaheer was able to fix a bug in GStreamer's mpegtsparse that caused a
crash on my machine. However, I see a different crash now.

Next week I'm finally concentrating on the EPG part. Hopefully, no bug
in gstreamer or Vala keeps me from doing this. Time is currently running
away :(
