Improvement of RAD functionality in Anjuta - week 10

This week I spent most of time improving glade3, so now it seems to
support parentless widgets and has a better properties editor. There
were also small improvements to anjuta plugin (associations dialog and
handler stub generation).
Thanks to my mentor for review of my work.
