SVN accounts

Hi,

I just processed the first batch of SoC SVN account requests.  There was
only 6 or 7 of them.  The other 22 students, please make sure you apply
for one (with "SoC" in the subject) by Monday so we can create the
accounts and move on before the coding period starts:
