as you can see i don't have libpangoft2-0.25.so :
bash-2.05# cd /opt/gnome2/lib/
bash-2.05# ls libpango*
libpango-0.25.so libpango.la libpangox-0.25.so libpangox.la
libpango.a libpango.so libpangox.a libpangox.so
but i have pangoft2.pc in my source directory:
bash-2.05# cd /root/compile/gnome-2.0-beta/pango-0.25
bash-2.05# ls pangoft*
pangoft2-uninstalled.pc pangoft2.pc
pangoft2-uninstalled.pc.in pangoft2.pc.in
