Re: About extension project ownership and transfer

Hello Meng,

It's been some time I'm not much involved to extensions
administration, so I think I missed this.
Where are those rules written? We don't show this in the
https://extensions.gnome.org/ website right?
I think it will worth to point to a link so people can check it out beforehand.

And as always, thanks for your work!

Cheers,
Carlos Soriano

In Gnome Extension site, there are some extensions had transfer ownership to
avoid duplicate extension and all of these ownership transfers had confirmed
by the original author.
However I'd like to purpose our transfer policy here:

Transfer of ANY active extension* MUST with author confirmation.
Transfer of inactive extension* will be post on gnome-shell-list gnome org
Disputation of transfer will be discuss on gnome-shell-list gnome org and
ONLY can be do by reviews most votes.

note: one of actions treat as active extension:

extension updated in 6 months
author reply transfer request email in 1 month
