This small window appears, when resizing with the mouse, with GNOME Terminal
and some other applications (e.g. Emacs), but not others (e.g. LibreOffice).

I am using GNOME Shell 3.14.1 on Debian Testing. I asked on the GNOME IRC
channel and one person could reproduce this behaviour and another not (thank
you Venemo_ and mk).
