Accidentally introduced bug. Thanks for reporting it - I put a fix at:

 https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=675254

We'll put that fix into 3.4.2 when we do that. I can't really think of a
workaround for now - how to reliably determine if a window has a frame
or not. Maybe Jasper has an idea.
