First of all, not dot between org.gnome.shell and enabled-extensions.
Second, you need to pass an array. Something like this:
gsettings set org.gnome.shell enabled-extensions
'["systemMonitor gnome-shell-extensions gcampax github com",
"calc patapon info"]'
