Shortcut to jump to a workspace

I would like to see the possibility to configure shortcuts which make
you jump to some workspace, e.g. Ctrl+Alt+1 to jump to the first
workspace and so on as a default setting.
My current workflow in gnome 2 uses this feature heavily, because
applications have default workspaces. If any tweak tool already
implemented this behaviour, I apologize.
