I suppose gnome-tweak-tool is modeled after System Settings (and thus is
not resizable). In general, the mailing list is not a good medium for
those kind of issues (clearly it's a bug) - you should open a bug on
bugzilla.gnome.org instead (note that in this particular case, someone
already did[0]).
