I will support the new live extension enabling/disabling via DBus in
gnome-tweak-tool.
If the SweetTooth website provides an api then I might look into using
that to do extension install/upgrade from inside g-t-t too. I'm not sure
yet, it might be rude to step on the toes of Jasper.
