Unfortunately it's not entirely trivial to do that - with the problem
being that the keybinding infrastructure is shared with metacity, so I'm
not confident that it is possible to only add keybindings in
 mutter (and adding those keybindings in metacity would only make sense
when implementing tiling there as well ...)

Other than that, it should be a simple patch.
