little modification for a big improve

Hi to everybody.

The gnome shell is beautifulif if you work with many virtual desktop.
But if you ever use only a single desktop its not very cool.

I propose, when you check the top-left, to mantain the desktop in the rear (no scaling effect).The menu appear semi trasparent with the possibility to add other virtual desktop.

This action can tremendly add usable state to the gnome shell
