There was not many git changes to the shell, so the ricotz PPA has not
been updated in the last few days.

At worst case, just remove the indicator applications and related
packages. (The ones that do not remove ubuntu-desktop or other
packages.)

You also need to add: gnome-volume-control-applet to startup
applications. Please ask if you need any help, but I might not get back
to you right away.
