clutter 1.2 branched

hi all;

I wanted to give everyone a heads up: I just branched clutter 1.2 from
master. the work on the stable 1.2 release will continue from the
clutter-1.2 branch in the Git repository; the work on the 1.3
development cycle leading to the next 1.4 stable release will continue
in master.

we'll try *very* hard to avoid breaking master, and use topic branches
as much as possible.
