After reading the updated document I see two things about Window Resizing: "Windows should not be resized on any of the horizontal or vertical edges of the windows." and much later: "A side-by-side mode should be offered so that two windows can split the viewing area of a single display. This should be accomplished by dragging the window against the left or right side of the display. The window should then snap into the half-screen mode." Rather than just copying off Windows 7, why not come up with something else? How about there are two (or more) windows. Clicking (dragging?) on the side of one window makes it instantly scale to the next window, or if no window is present, the edge of the screen.
