Mutter in github

Afternoon all,

I just wanted to send a note out that I have pushed a mutter repository
to github.  I will be using my linux4kix branch to publish changes I
need for some of the things I am working on, but I will keep master up
to date as well.  If you plan on doing any mutter work, please fork this
repository.
