I meant just CSS for the black overlay, I would imagine GTK/CSS is too
big a topic to tackle in the 3.0 time scale.

The new Mutter window manager works with all the old metacity themes
from gnome-look that I have tried without any problems. The only issue
I had is picking a global theme such as human changes the gtk without
the metacity, but this is just a bug if you select the window
decoration by hand the themes work great.
