Gnome-Shocky Ideas, shell + docky

While on the discussion of dock like ideas, I drew up some concepts that seemed to work pretty well.
This is the direction I hope that g-S heads in. I will try to clean it up a little and resubmit it, horrible spelling i know. Just wanted to get it out there.
