[gnome-shell-ext] annoying extension

Hi mailing list,

I have a problem where I hope you can help me. I played around with jack-audio installed and removed different packages. Since then every now and then an overlay appears with a dialog "Download and Install JackConnect". I don't want this extension and I removed via the extension web page (https://extensions.gnome.org/local/). But it did not help.

How can I get rid of this extension? What triggers this installation/update check?
