[gnome-shell-ext] imports.misc.util throwing "Error: Requiring Shell, version none: Typelib file for namespace 'Meta', version '3.0' not found"

Hi all,

This line "const Util = imports.misc.util;" is throwing this error 
"Error: Requiring Shell, version none: Typelib file for namespace 
'Meta', version '3.0' not found".
