Original string "Rate" is translated to "Frekvens" which makes no sense in the
context it is used.
I do not have a perfect suggestion here.
However as we're talking about momentary energy consumption it would probably
be more suitable with 

"Effekt" or "Förbrukning" or perhaps even "Energiförbrukning" although is looks
a bit long.
If we should stay closer to to the original word "Rate" perhaps a middle way is
"Nivå".

However - "Frekvens" has to go!!
