possible language clash in flatpak

Hi.

I am just reviewing import of translation updates, and I found a
suspicious po file:

flatpak es_ES.po (Spanish, Spain) contains header that declares that it
is Brazilian Portuguese translation for flatpak.

Also pt_BR.po contains header that declares that it is Brazilian
Portuguese translation for flatpak.

https://l10n.gnome.org/POT/flatpak.master/flatpak.master.es_ES.po

Please fix. Please also note, that use of es_ES is not recommended for
generic translations. It tells to gettext: Use this for Spanish in
Spain, ignore it for Spanish in other countries.
