Maybe we shoudl "import" the PPD features into our format.  The reason
being that our dialog code still needs to edit those properties.

Or adapt PPD for the non-Postscript case, and provide those files as
well

The idea is to have a unique string.  And we need to create those
unique strings for "customized" versions of the printer.  For
instance, say you choose the default paper size to A4, we want to have
an association like this:

	(printing-mechanism, driver-id)
