This looks correct;
6000*14800/1000 = 88.8 Wh
The battery is reporting the wrong value of battery.reporting.design -
there's no way to fix this, other than merging a property in HAL to
overwrite this value (bodge) or bodging the DSDT (bigger bodge).
To be honest I wouldn't worry about the wrong value, as the new code in
2.20 will automatically calibrate to your battery to better than what
the battery hardcodes.
