Well, I admit it's not that intuitive, but it's the way it has to be
done. The battery brightness can't be bigger than the mains brightness -
and without playing with the not-visible slider we can't enforce that.

Bear in mind the interaction between the ambient light sensor and idle
dimming has to preserve that relationship also.

I see we have two options here.

* The on battery tab, make the percentage slider go from 0% to something
like 50% to stop the absolute confusion
* Just put a checkbox there saying:
   [X] Reduce brightness when on battery power

I'm erring on the second option, and just letting power users change
this in gconf if they really want.
