I wouldn't mind betting that your DSDT is broken.
Can you look at http://acpi.sourceforge.net/dsdt/index.php and try to
dump your asl file, and then try to recompile it to check it?
There's a few Uniwill laptops listed there, but unfortunately, not your
model.
