Re: gpilotd hangs on initial sync with Handspring Visor



I see you're using pilot-link 0.12.0-pre4. The released versions of gnome-pilot
don't support pilot-link 0.12.0 unless the Fedora people fixed that for their
own release - which I don't think they have, as other people using Fedora have
had this same problem.

If you want to use that version of pilot-link, you can try getting gnome-pilot
from CVS. On Nov. 3, JP sent an e-mail to the list saying CVS supports the 0.12
version of pilot-link.

If you don't want to use the CVS version of gnome-pilot, download pilot-link
0.11.8. gnome-pilot works very well with this version.
